Today BenQ released a 21.5″ widescreen LCD display with 16:9 aspect ratio. The E2200HDA monitor is the world’s first 21.5” Full HD 16:9 LCD monitor featuring 100% mapping to 1080p content. The new 16:9 panel displays high definition content without irritating black bars that plagues 16:10 displays. According to BenQ, the new 16:9 large screens deliver immaculate rendering of 1080p content such as Blu-ray movies and PS3 and games without distortion, blur or need for resizing.
